If you flip a seadoo will you flood the engine ?

Im going to be renting a seadoo, and i want to know if you flip it in the water (obvsly) will if flood the engine or just break down.|||They have an arrow on the bottom that shows you which way to flip it. So if you flip it it doesn't cause any problems...you just have to flip it in the proper direction when you put it right side up again.
