Just kidding. It will usually be either something pretty simple or else a real problem. The simple fix is that you may have picked up a rope or a garbage bay or something into the water intake. That can stop it from turning over in the water. If not you may have a cracked block or exhaust manifold and that's letting water into the engine and preventing it from starting. I hope you find a rope..
