I have a seadoo jetski and it wont accelerate all the way when i press the throttle?? Any Advice?

I have a 1994 seadoo sp white motor 587cc, and i just did a repair of the whole fuel system in it. carb clean, new oil,and gas lines, ckeaned out gas tank. And it still sometimes "bogs" out when i press the throttle all the way, Any advice helps thanks.I have a seadoo jetski and it wont accelerate all the way when i press the throttle?? Any Advice?

Did you clean underneath your jet ski. Inside there is like a fan or something i would say and in ours stuff gets caught in it and sometimes we even have our ropes for tubing and skiing get lost up in it. PAIN to get it out but just saying that may be the problem.
