2006 seadoo speedster engine stops after reaching 3000 rpm under load only?

Engine runs good under 3000 rpms with a slight wine. After 3000 rpms engine becomes jerky and alarms sound off. During flushing it runs good at all rpms. Unfortunately I do not have 6 weeks for dealership to fix it.|||is your intake grate clogged?
